THE PLATFORM
Most tools stop at the image. VanaraOncoScan follows the whole case: the reason for the visit, the scan, the AI findings, a specialist’s opinion and the care plan, so nothing gets lost between steps.
Upload a breast ultrasound. VanaraOncoScan first checks that the image is clear enough to read, then marks any areas of concern and drafts a structured report. Each finding is given a BI-RADS category, the standard scale radiologists use, together with a confidence score.
When the AI is less certain, the case is sent to a radiologist working remotely (teleradiology), who signs a second opinion. Clinicians can request one for any case.
Follow the workflow ↗The clinician confirms the care plan: routine care, follow-up or referral. Referrals and follow-ups stay tracked, and the whole case is saved as one PDF report.

BI-RADS is the standard scale radiologists use to describe breast imaging results. It runs from 0 (more imaging needed) to 6 (cancer already confirmed by biopsy). Higher numbers mean more concern, and each category comes with a recommended next step.
A radiologist working remotely reviews the scan and the AI findings, then signs a report with their own opinion and recommendation. Cases where the AI is less certain are sent automatically, and clinicians can request a second opinion for any case.

No. The AI highlights findings and suggests a BI-RADS category, but a clinician always makes the decision, with a specialist’s input when needed. Only a biopsy can confirm cancer. VanaraOncoScan is investigational software, and the preview must not be used to diagnose or manage real patients.
